We are so glad we made the switch to Alexander Services! They have been there for us when we needed them- for routine service and for our first “emergency” (aka AC went out). Turns out our AC is fine as we have had them help us maintain it, but we were able to determine it was likely the energy company shutting the grid down during the hottest part of the day. David was our tech today and he was beyond amazing. Explained everything to us clearly, was patient while I asked him so many questions, and gave us some recommendations for the future of our unit. He even reminded us that Alexander Services is there for us for plumbing and electric, which we forgot, as we do have an electrical need.

Alexander Services responded5 quickly to my need for a plumber. The plumber arrived early and provided his estimate of price and work before any work started. My broken water shutoff valve was replaced. The plumber went above expectations when he seated the faucet spring and washer and replaced my sink handle. I was very happy with my experience with Alexander Services. I recommend them for plumbing needs.
