Lifetime Warranty!

What is the Lifetime Warranty? Any part we replace on your unit will be warranted for the life you own your unit—no strings attached. If we put a motor on your HVAC System and four years later it breaks, we will replace it, including labor. The only exception is if the repair was a Manufacture Warranty repair in which we would only warranty the labor since you never purchased the part.

To receive The Lifetime Warranty, you must be a Silver or Gold Member.

Terms and Conditions:

The Preferred Service Membership is a non-refundable annual membership. Memberships paid on the monthly draft may be cancelled at any time after the first year. Preferred Service Membership can be automatically renewed at the end of the membership year. Annual credit card drafts are non-refundable during the membership period. To cancel before the expiration of the membership period, Preferred Service Member notifies Alexander Services in writing at least thirty (30) days before the annual period expires. Tune-ups are available to the customer with this Membership while the Membership remains active. It is the responsibility of the Preferred Service Member to call to schedule their appointment. Customer acknowledges receipt of these Terms and Conditions.
