About Our Company

Created from a dream. Frank and I started Alexander Services from the living room of our home in 2012. Utilizing Frank’s vast engineering background and my marketing background, our two minds came together to imagine an HVAC and Plumbing company that was different from what was currently around. For too many years, the home service industries had a reputation of delivering really bad service, overcharging customers, and not considering the overall customer experience.

We imagined a company built on Excellent Customer Service as the core, instead of the customer experience being an afterthought. As we created the business with that idea in mind, the company grew fast by word of mouth and many awards, we received … and today the company is growing yearly with our motto being …

“Treat Everyone Like it is Your Grandma”

Excellent Customer Service does not just happen, it requires an ongoing, sharp focus with changes, tweaks, and monitoring of every aspect of the company. Sometimes we may miss the mark, but when we do, it never feels good, and we do whatever possible to see — what needs to be changed –and make any wrongs, right.

5 ⭐️ on communication, timeliness, courteousness, professionalism and consideration! Received regular emails on appt confirmation, reminders and impending arrival of technician. Arrived on time with foot covers ready to protect flooring. Informed of cost and process of repair (cut out portion of drywall to access plumbing) prior to job. Anna removed smallest portion of drywall necessary keeping removed portion intact so I could use it later to repair wall. Replacement of outdoor spigot was completed in 1.5 hrs. Can’t find anything to complain about. Best home repair experience in past 20 years. 5 ⭐️ service well deserved!

So Glad We Switched

We are so glad we made the switch to Alexander Services! They have been there for us when we needed them- for routine service and for our first “emergency” (aka AC went out). Turns out our AC is fine as we have had them help us maintain it, but we were able to determine it was likely the energy company shutting the grid down during the hottest part of the day. David was our tech today and he was beyond amazing. Explained everything to us clearly, was patient while I asked him so many questions, and gave us some recommendations for the future of our unit. He even reminded us that Alexander Services is there for us for plumbing and electric, which we forgot, as we do have an electrical need.

Alexander Services responded5 quickly to my need for a plumber. The plumber arrived early and provided his estimate of price and work before any work started. My broken water shutoff valve was replaced. The plumber went above expectations when he seated the faucet spring and washer and replaced my sink handle. I was very happy with my experience with Alexander Services. I recommend them for plumbing needs.
